Rynhardt is a businessman and investor with interests across several companies and industries. Over the past 13 years, he has founded, co-founded or invested in seven businesses, including one in the United States.

His journey includes a successful business sale, ventures that faced serious challenges, one that did not survive, and several that continue to grow. This practical experience gives him a grounded understanding of the opportunities, risks and difficult decisions involved in building, buying and selling businesses.

As Head of Operations at Aldes Auctions, Rynhardt focuses on disciplined auction campaigns that reduce uncertainty, protect client interests and move suitable properties, businesses and assets towards a clear commercial outcome. His approach is grounded in relationships, hard work, sacrifice, honest communication and his Christian faith.
